☀️🎧 Summer Bangers

In July, as part of the development of our new show Wish You Weren’t Here, the writer Katie Redford, facilitator Beth Knight and I visited two schools in the Sheffield area. We were exploring young people’s experiences of the British Summer Holidays.

It was a nostalgic trip down memory lane, as young people recounted the joys and challenges of a family seaside holiday, from brilliant B&Bs to sand-in-chips, seagull mishaps and family fights.
