Our Shows
New writing made with and for young people
Every one of our shows is commissioned from a trailblazing playwright who collaborates with young people across the UK in Future Makers spaces, listening to the ideas and conversations that young people are having.
Recent shows include Dizzy by Mohamed-Zain Dada, Wish You Weren’t Here by Katie Redford (Tapped, Theatre503), Birds and Bees by Charlie Josephine (I Joan, Shakespeare’s Globe) and Human Nurture by Ryan Calais Cameron (For Black Boys..., West End and The Royal Court), all made in co-production with Sheffield Theatres. Over our 70-year history, we’ve commissioned work from leading writers including Roy Williams, Benjamin Zephaniah, and Sabrina Mahfouz.
Our latest show, My Brother's a Genius by Debris Stevenson, tours to schools and venues in spring 2026.
