Our Team

Kieran is a UK Government Civil Servant, currently working for the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, as the Geopolitical Advisor to Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He regularly travels to support British Embassies and Host Governments to address the most pressing domestic and regional challenges faced in the current geopolitical climate.

Kieran has previously held a range of policy, strategy and programme delivery roles across the Ministry of Defence and the Cabinet Office. Subject areas that Kieran has worked on include, delivering local authority funding programmes to improve public services, bolstering the UK’s economic security, and supporting Ukraine’s defence against the invasion by Russia. 

Kieran has a longstanding interest in theatre and new writing, as well as a passion for bringing a more diverse range of opportunities for young people to engage in the arts.  He is also an avid film fan, and season-ticket holder at Brentford FC.
