Our Team

Born in Canada and raised in Hong Kong, Joanne is a British theatre practitioner based in London. With a near decade of experience teaching and developing drama/ literacy Key Stages 3 & 4 curriculum for ESOL learners, she is also an artist (Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, MFA Acting) and part of the Community Producing team at the Bush Theatre.  

Joanne has co-produced multiple international projects from screen to theatre, with a focus on migrant-led narratives and multilingual identities. She believes in the transformative power of theatre education, and is also an advocate & steering group member of Representation in Drama in Education managed by London Theatre Consortium.
