Our Team

Benjamin is a dedicated and experienced drama teacher with over eight years of experience in the field of education. His roles include, Head of Performing Arts, Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and currently Head of Year. Ben has a deep commitment to fostering creativity, pastoral care, and inclusive education. 

Throughout his career, Ben has prioritised extra-curricular and enrichment activities within the theatre, organising a variety of workshops, theatre tours and oversees visits that inspire and engage students. His focus on the arts extends beyond the classroom, providing students with opportunities to explore their talents and develop their confidence. 

As a leader in his field, Ben serves on teacher advisory boards for both the National Theatre and Disney, contributing his expertise to the development of educational programs and initiatives. His role as a school governor further underscores his dedication to improving educational outcomes and supporting the holistic development of all students.
