Becky plays a pivotal role at Theatre Centre, leading the company’s office and programme administration and ensuring the company runs smoothly. Becky’s passion for the theatre began at university, studying Theatre and Visual Practice, before going on to a successful career in stage management for many West End productions, including Priscilla, Wicked, Guys and Dolls, and Jerry Springer The Opera.

After leaving the West End to raise her two boys, Becky decided to reinvent herself and pursue her passion for antiques, establishing her own antiques and homewares business, Harrison & Waterfield. She also simultaneously managed the popular antiques emporium Three Angels in Hove. Having recently moved away from Brighton, Becky has now come full circle, working freelance in corporate events, and now helps Theatre Centre to achieve its goal of empowering passionate underserved young writers and creatives.
