Our Team

Aleksa is a spoken-word artist, actress, public speaker, and facilitator who uses her creative skills, and powerful way with words to amplify the voices of the voiceless. Aleksa is also a marketing university student, working in marketing and research, and is currently conducting a research project in partnership with the Mayor of London that aims to explore the correlation between mental health and spaces.

With a strong focus on youth empowerment and the issues experienced by young people, Aleksa dedicates her work to causing positive chaos in institutions and corporations to provide more space and opportunities for our future leaders and generations to come.

Aleksa is a freelancer who works in digital and social media marketing for many online companies and brands. She creates content for herself using her social media platforms as a method of reaching young people. She is also an actress and associate artist for the Albany resident theatre company Sounds Like Chaos, whom she facilitates workshops and conducts research for.
